它是一首原本為新世紀音樂女神Enya，
收錄於1991年 Shepherd Moons專輯中的曲目，
之後於2002年，
由Aled Jones改以<My Life Flows on>為名，
改編部分歌詞並重新發表。
Sophie一開始是聽Enya的演唱，
後來才發現了Aled Jones的版本，
而令人驚喜的是 :
其中竟由Judith Dench現身旁白，
(著名的007電影中的M夫人，她今年已經87歲了)
白髮蒼蒼的她氣質非凡，
悠緩空靈地輕聲絮語，
再加上Aled Jones輕柔優美的歌聲，
讓整首曲子盈滿了療癒的氛圍，
