在下雪的日子裡，
有個小男孩在庭院裡堆了一個雪人，
沒想到雪人竟在午夜時自己動了起來，
而且還帶著小男孩四處玩耍、飛行... ...
等到翌日清晨，
小男孩醒來後才發現，
昨夜的雪人已經融化了，
只剩下一條原本繫在它身上的圍巾... ...
以上是來自英國知名繪本<The Snowman>中的小故事，
後來被英國電視台製作成一部動畫短片，
於1982年聖誕前夕第一次播出後，
產生了熱烈的迴響，
而<Walking in the air>這首電影主旋律，
也因此成為一首歷久不衰的經典曲目。
今天Sophie介紹的版本，
是由Aled Jones在1985年所演唱的，
(原唱是Peter Auty)
其趣味之處是在於拜現代錄音科技所賜，
Aled得與小時候的他自己一同和聲演唱，
(Aled Jones小時候就已經是英國著名的天籟美聲神童哦!)
不僅美聲悠揚且旋律和諧動聽，
是Sophie非常喜愛的一首歌曲，
